(That's one free bottle with every twelve-bottle case you buy)

 New Moon Sauvignon Blanc

There is a new vintage of this wine variety on the way.

2013 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc "Mellow Yellow"

The berries were left out on the vine for an an extra two weeks to develop additional sugar. The fruit came to the winery with a higher baume reading and fermentation was ceased early, locking in a residual sugar factor that has a light and lovely palate sweetness that lends itself to fruit-based desserts such as apple pie and cream.

Price per dozen: $200.00

2013 Unoaked Chardonnay

Fresh lime and pear-apple fruit flavours have been transformed into a complex palate and mouth feel. An older vintage that has capacity for long-term cellaring.

Price per case: $200.00

2013 Duo (Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay)

A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay were commercially co-fermented to produce a pleasant drinking style. Normally this combination would be of sauvignon blanc and semillon but as Clair de Lune does not grow this variety I experimented with chardonnay as an alternative. The outcome was a winner! The chardonnay softens the acidity of the sauvignon blanc and adds to a fuller mouth feel.

Price per bottle:  $25.00

Price per case: $240.00

2015 Blue Moon Oaked Chardonnay

A different style of chardonnay, a wetter growing season in Kardella has produced fruit that has a lighter structure on the palate. This wine has been matured in French oak barriques for a sixteen-month period. This process has added taste and texture to the primary pear/apple fruit flavours.

Screw cap 750ml

Price per bottle:  $30.00

Price per case: $360.00

2016 Vintage Super Moon Sparkling Brut Chardonnay

The base wine has been made from premium Chardonnay grapes that have undergone a secondary fermentation in the bottle in the traditional French manner with extended lees (yeast) development occurring. This has resulted in a sparkling with bready, yeasty, doughy characters on the nose and palate. The wine has been disgorged and is now available for purchase at Cellar Door. There are no market sales for this wine at the moment.

Conglomerate cork 750ml

Price per bottle:  $33.00

Price per case: $360.00

2015 Mr Quincey

A fruit wine has emerged which is quite distinct from a grape wine. The palate offers a two-taste sensation: an initial sweetness and a long, dry, tannin aftertaste. Highly recommended in the company of a cheese platter!

Screw cap 750ml

Price per bottle:  $25.00

Price per case: $300.00
